Key Roles for Our Team

Our organization requires a skilled Operations and Maintenance Specialist to oversee the effective functioning of machinery in our nutraceutical manufacturing processes. This individual must ensure that all equipment operates within specified parameters and is well-maintained, thereby guaranteeing optimal production quality.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor critical machinery used in nutraceutical production, adhering strictly to established standard operating procedures.
  • Configure, calibrate, and adjust equipment to meet precise efficiency requirements.
  • Conduct routine checks on machinery to prevent downtime and ensure seamless operations.
  • Adhere to good manufacturing practices (GMPs) to maintain product quality standards during machine operation.
  • Accurately record machine data, production outputs, and downtime logs.
  • Guarantee material feeding, changeovers, and line clearance are performed according to established requirements.
  • Promptly report and escalate any equipment malfunctions, breakdowns, or abnormalities.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to support preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
  • Ensure the work environment remains clean, safe, and compliant with safety standards and good hygiene practices.
  • Assist during audits, inspections, and documentation verification.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in machinery operations within Nutraceuticals, Food Manufacturing, or Pharmaceuticals.
  • A strong background in handling blending, granulation, encapsulation, filling, or packaging machines is essential.
  • Proficiency in food technology processes (mixing, drying, stability testing) is mandatory.

Desirable Skills:

  • In-depth understanding of machine operation, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Familiarity with food safety, quality control, and hygienic practices.
  • Knowledge of GMP, GHP, HACCP, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Ability to accurately conduct and document in-process checks.
  • Strong attention to detail, commitment to ownership, and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Capacity to collaborate effectively with supervisors, QA, and maintenance teams.
