**Job Title:** Financial Operations Manager**Role Overview:We are seeking a detail-oriented and systems-driven professional who can manage end-to-end financial operations while ensuring accuracy and transparency of data across shipments, profitability, and actuals.The role demands strong expertise in management information systems (MIS), accounting, and financial data governance to provide leadership with real-time insights for decision-making.The candidate will also safeguard the company's profitability reporting by ensuring correct data flow, preventing manipulation, and strengthening compliance.**Key Responsibilities:
  • Cash Flow Management: Optimize cash flow management and working capital utilization.
  • Profitability Tracking: Monitor shipments, revenue recognition, and cost allocations to ensure accurate profitability tracking.
  • Actuals Recording: Ensure all actuals are correctly recorded in the books of accounts, aligning with business and statutory requirements.
  • Internal Controls: Safeguard against data manipulation by implementing strong internal controls and audit mechanisms.
**MIS & Profitability Analysis:
  • MIS Development: Develop robust MIS dashboards and reports on shipments, collections, profitability, and cost structures.
  • Profitability Analysis: Drive profitability analysis at shipment, vertical, and entity level, highlighting key variances vs budgets/forecasts.
  • Insight Provision: Provide actionable insights to leadership on margin improvement, shipment performance, and cost efficiencies.
  • Data Integrity: Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and timely reporting across all MIS functions.
**Accounting & Compliance:Accounting Discipline: Drive hardcore accounting discipline across invoicing, collections, vendor payments, and reconciliations.Compliance Assurance: Ensure compliance with statutory and internal reporting standards.Collaboration: Partner with auditors and internal teams for transparent, manipulation-free reporting. Liaise with Sales, Operations, and Tech teams to ensure visibility of shipments, receivables, and obligations.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with business heads to align MIS insights with operational realities.
