Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Team Leader to oversee our teams and drive operational efficiency.

  • This role is responsible for developing expertise in client offerings and workstations, focusing on fixed income analytics, risk, and returns.
  • The ideal candidate will provide detailed information on fixed income instruments, terms, and conditions to clients.
  • Becoming a subject matter expert (SME) in end-to-end services operations support is crucial for this position.
  • The successful candidate will partner with regional and global stakeholders to manage initiatives effectively.
  • This role also involves driving operational efficiency by maintaining consistency across global teams.

Main Responsibilities:

  • The Senior Team Leader will regularly present to regional and global teams, reviewing KPIs and key goals.
  • This role requires efficiently leading projects that adhere to standards and continuous operations improvements.
  • The successful candidate will act as a point of contact during shifts, providing support to the team and stakeholders.
  • This position also involves leading a team of minimum 7 members.

Eligibility Criteria

Requirements:

  • A postgraduate in MBA-Finance with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Experience in building effective business relationships with cross-functional/geographical teams.
  • Familiarity with fixed income products (rates, bonds, credit, foreign exchange, commodities).
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks through effective prioritization.
  • Flexibility to work in a hybrid model.
