Job Description:

TraderzPlanet is seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to expand our customer base. As a key member of our team, the ideal candidate will be responsible for pitching BPO projects to customers and securing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and analyze potential clients to develop targeted sales strategies

  • Contact prospective clients through various channels to establish relationships

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and vendors

  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion

  • Collaborate with internal teams to devise innovative solutions for customer requirements

  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes

  • Monitor sales activities and provide regular reports on progress and performance

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree in business administration or related field

  • Demonstrated experience in B2B sales with a proven track record of meeting sales targets

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills

  • Able to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and strategies

  • Will to travel to client locations as needed
