Our ideal candidate has a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline from an accredited institution, with minimum 15 years of engineering experience, including at least 7 years in senior leadership roles. Proven experience in leading large-scale mechanical engineering teams in transit, rail, automotive, or aerospace domains is essential. Strong expertise in mechanical systems design, analysis, and product lifecycle management is also required.
