About the Role:

We're seeking an exceptional AI Engineering Leader to spearhead our cutting-edge initiatives in Generative AI.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading key initiatives under the Gen AI Center of Excellence, focusing on pioneering trends and innovative proof-of-concepts. They will design solutions, provide architecture recommendations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop proposals and present AI-driven solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive strategic initiatives under the Gen AI CoE, emphasizing cutting-edge trends and innovative proof-of-concepts.
  • Develop solutions and provide architecture recommendations for diverse business use cases using Gen AI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create proposals and present AI-driven solutions to clients.
  • Work across multiple Gen AI models and cloud platforms to deliver scalable applications.
  • Lead a team of developers, mentor junior engineers, and drive technical excellence within the team.
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to align development efforts with organizational goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in implementing projects in Digital Engineering or Data Analytics.
  • Strong technical leadership skills, including the ability to work across various Gen AI models and cloud providers.
  • Excellent programming skills and proficiency in at least one major programming scripting language used in Gen AI orchestration (e.g., Python, PySpark, or Java).
  • Ability to build API-based scalable solutions and debug/troubleshoot software or design issues.
  • Hands-on exposure to integrating popular LLMs (e.g., Open AI GPT, PaLM 2, Dolly, Claude 2, Cohere) using API endpoints.
  • Thorough understanding of prompt engineering, implementation exposure to LLM agents like LangChain & vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Chroma, or FAISS).
  • Basic data engineering skills to load structured & unstructured data from source systems to target data stores.
  • Experience with data engineering and hands-on exposure to using cloud services (Azure/GCP/AWS) for storage, serverless logic, search, transcription, and chat.
  • Extensive experience with Agentic AI Framework, RAG.
