Job Title: Senior AI Innovations Leader

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced AI professional to lead the design and delivery of innovative AI solutions for our clients in the financial services sector.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of AI project lifecycles, including problem formulation, solution design, and deployment. They will also possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 7-12 years of experience in AI, ML, or analytics with impact in financial services domains
  • Proven experience delivering AI solutions in banking, payments, lending, or fintech landscapes
  • Deep understanding of AI project lifecycles from problem formulation to deployment
  • Hands-on expertise with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and programming tools (Python, Spark, SQL)
  • Strong track record of leading technical teams and interfacing with senior client stakeholders
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications
  • Exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, or agent-based AI frameworks
  • Experience in setting up AI innovations or Centers of Excellence

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead AI solution design and delivery across banking, payments, lending, and credit lifecycle management
  • Translate complex business challenges into scalable AI solutions for clients
  • Manage cross-functional delivery teams for execution excellence and quality standards
  • Act as a thought leader and architect for AI innovation using emerging technologies and algorithms
  • Own end-to-end AI program delivery from ideation to production deployment
  • Drive collaborative innovation with internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide technical mentorship and strategic direction to data science consultants and AI engineers
