AI Engineering Manager Lead

As a senior-level engineering manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of innovative AI-driven applications across multiple domains. Your expertise in AI, machine learning, and software engineering will be key to driving technology initiatives and scaling AI solutions.

  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of AI-driven platforms and applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive technology initiatives and innovation.
  • Develop and manage technical roadmaps and strategies for AI adoption.
  • Build and maintain relationships with global clients and stakeholders.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to engineers and team members.
  • Requirements:
  • 16+ years of experience in software engineering and AI development.
  • Strong background in .NET framework, React, and modern front-end technologies.
  • Hands-on expertise in Gen AI (Agentic AI knowledge is a plus).
  • Exposure to Azure / AWS cloud platforms.
  • Track record of working with global teams and managing stakeholders across geographies.
  • Ability to lead by example – not necessarily a daily coder, but comfortable being hands-on when required.
  • Experience in Fintech or financial applications preferred.
  • Started career in Microsoft technologies (C#/.NET) and transitioned into AI-driven initiatives is ideal.
