Accounts Operations Manager

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and procedures, with experience in accounts payable and receivable.
Responsibilities:- Generate accurate customer invoices timely.
- Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Collaborate with sales teams to address customer inquiries.
- Process customer payments, apply cash receipts, and maintain records.
- Support cash flow forecasting by providing AR collection status.
- Collaborate with finance teams to identify doubtful debts.
- Verify invoice approvals and coding.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Coordinate receipt of goods and services.
- Optimize working capital through payment terms monitoring.
- Manage vendor master data (creation, changes, compliance checks).
- Prepare and process payments.
- Maintain accurate records.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- Experience in Accounts Receivable / Payable roles.
- Strong reconciliation knowledge.
- Tax compliance expertise in AP/AR.
- Analytical and data entry skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- ERP systems and computer proficiency.
- Organizational and work coordination skills.
- Ability to adapt to new processes.
