About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Accounting Operations Manager to oversee the end-to-end intercompany process and lead a team of professionals.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of 8+ years in finance controllership, consolidations, and intercompany accounting, with expertise in consolidations accounting principles and procedures.

  • Manage billing for IC transactions and review global IC BS and P&L variances
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve global IC variances and establish effective communication between the team and stakeholders
  • Standardize IC processes and identify potential solutions to automate manual activities via transformation projects
  • Manage team performance, document Standard Operating Procedures, and provide coaching to team members

  • Experience in handling multiple stakeholders from different global regions
  • A strong ability to communicate effectively, influence, build successful relationships across the organization, and multitask effectively
