Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment where you will be responsible for managing accounts receivable, ensuring accuracy and quality of invoices, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generating revenue invoices and credit notes as per details provided
  • Ensuring accuracy and quality of application of appropriate taxes (VAT on invoices)
  • Coordinating with business stakeholders and customers for seamless delivery of tasks
  • Invoice query resolutions related to billing rates, purchase orders, and service agreements
  • Overdue cash collection, incoming cash application on open invoices, sales contract management, order creation, and account reconciliation
  • Managing accrual calculation and booking, process intercompany transactions, audit support, and balance confirmations

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • 4-5 years of experience in accounts receivable, preferably in an international BPO/KPO setting
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Commerce
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good knowledge of accounting standards and concepts
