Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Accountant located in Bengaluru. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing general accounting functions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Daily tasks include overseeing ledger maintenance, coordinating audits, preparing tax returns, and conducting financial analysis to support strategic planning. The role requires collaboration with various departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and tax preparation
  • Experience with ledgers, audits, and financial reporting
  • Proficiency in accounting software and spreadsheet tools
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and manage multiple tasks
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent qualification preferred
  • Experience in the beauty or service industry is a plus
