About the Role:

As a Senior Enterprise Business Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing targeted sales strategies to identify, acquire, and manage key enterprise accounts. Your primary goal will be to drive revenue growth through strong relationship-building, strategic partnerships, and innovative solutions that address the unique needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed quarterly targets, with a focus on driving revenue growth and expanding wallet share.
  • Buid and maintain relationships with C-level stakeholders across target industries, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct thorough needs analyses to understand customer requirements and develop tailored solutions that address their business challenges.
  • Leverage industry knowledge, market insights, and networking skills to stay ahead of the competition and identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and trends, using this knowledge to position our solutions as best-in-class and drive business conversations.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of success in enterprise sales and business development.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with senior-level decision-makers.
  • Strong data mining, lead generation, and prospecting skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities.
  • Ability to think strategically and develop effective sales plans that drive results.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for technology and sales excellence.
