Credit Manager Position

The primary goal of this role is to oversee the evaluation and approval process for financial deals, ensuring timely repayments and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough financial analysis and prepare comprehensive credit memos.
  • Present deals to senior management in a clear and concise manner, using professional presentation tools.
  • Coordinate with various teams to facilitate disbursements and ensure seamless transactions.
  • Prepare and submit regular monitoring reports to top management, highlighting key performance indicators and trends.
  • Ensure accurate and timely interest and principal repayments.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of industry trends and market conditions to inform decision-making.
  • Lead and mentor junior analysts and management trainees, providing guidance and support to help them grow professionally.
Required Skills:
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, including accounting and finance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in creating and maintaining financial models in Excel, as well as preparing presentations in PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of industry cycles and financial ratios, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical context.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Proven track record of success in credit management, with a focus on delivering results-oriented solutions.
