Senior Software Engineer Position

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our software engineering team in the development of innovative financial solutions.

About the Role

This position requires a strong background in test automation, manual testing, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have experience with C# and related tools, as well as a willingness to learn APL.


Key Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and maintain test automation frameworks using C# and related tools
  • Execute manual and exploratory testing to validate complex financial solutions and edge cases
  • Collaborate with developers, analysts, and product owners to define clear, testable requirements
  • Analyze and report bugs with clarity and precision
  • Help maintain product quality
  • Learns and applies APL to automate solutions built in this language
  • Contributes to continuous integration, quality gates, and deployment pipelines

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in QA or software engineering with a focus on test automation
  • Proficiency in C# and .NET testing frameworks like SpecFlow/Reqnroll
  • Thorough understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
  • Comfortable with manual testing in complex business domains (ideally finance or data-heavy systems)
  • Solid experience testing APIs, services, and data pipelines
  • A willingness and curiosity to learn APL
  • Effective problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Agile and BDD practices
