Visual Design Expert Wanted for Brand RevampJob Description

We are seeking an accomplished Visual Designer to spearhead the creation of our brand's visual identity across various digital platforms. Your expertise will play a pivotal role in defining our brand's aesthetic and messaging.

  • Create visually appealing designs for social media, campaigns, product explainers, and more.
  • Design illustrations, icons, and infographics that showcase our unique visual style.
  • Develop motion graphics, short videos, GIFs, and reels for digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with the product team to provide visual support and explanations.
  • Maintain and enhance our brand guidelines for consistency throughout all channels.
  • Work closely with the content and marketing teams to bring innovative ideas to life.
  • Stay updated on design trends and bring fresh perspectives to the table.
Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in graphic and motion design, preferably in tech or fintech environments.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Bonus: Familiarity with Figma, Canva, or Lottie animations.
  • A keen eye for typography, layouts, and visual storytelling.
  • Able to design with the brand, audience, and message in mind, not just visuals.
  • Experience creating content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other digital channels.
  • A portfolio showcasing both static and motion work is mandatory.
  • Able to deliver high-quality designs under tight deadlines and clearly explain design decisions.
  • Prior experience in B2B or fintech is a significant advantage.
