About the Job:

We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Mobility Manager to lead, scale, and elevate our Mobile development function.

This role demands a dynamic, hands-on leader who can shape strategy, ensure seamless delivery, and foster innovation across diverse mobile teams and fintech product lines.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Define and execute mobile development strategy leveraging Flutter, Dart, and native mobile stacks (Kotlin, Swift, Java).
  2. Lead and mentor large engineering teams, establishing architectural standards and process excellence.
  3. Oversee implementation of scalable, secure fintech apps across platforms.
  4. Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and trends in enterprise mobility.
  5. Implement CI/CD automation with Jenkins, GitLab, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  6. Optimize performance with monitoring tools like Crashlytics.
  7. Establish security and compliance standards including mobile data protection.
  8. Cultivate a high-performance team culture with continuous learning, innovation, and accountability.
Requirements:
  1. Strong experience in architecting and delivering scalable mobile applications using Flutter and native technologies, with a focus on performance and security.
  2. Proven leadership in building and managing high-performing engineering teams, promoting a culture of ownership, quality, and innovation.
  3. Solid expertise in enterprise mobility, mobile security frameworks, data protection, and regulatory compliance.
  4. Fintech domain knowledge with hands-on experience in digital payments, transaction systems, and user-focused product development.
  5. Excellent analytical thinking, strong judgment, and decision-making abilities.
  6. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Education Qualification Bachelor's degree.

Experience 12+ years.
