We specialize in Digital Payments operating as Technology Service Provider to Regulated entities and providing Payment Platform to Industry – empowered by payment processing engine, Financial Super app, Risk Intelligence engine and digital merchant solution.

While we drive 3% of global digital transaction volume for over 100+ clients, we aim to increase our market share by 5X in next five years through innovation and industry first initiatives.

What will you do

NPST is seeking a visionary and results-driven Mobility Manager to lead, scale, and elevate our Mobile development function. This role demands a dynamic, hands-on leader who can shape strategy, ensure seamless delivery, and foster innovation across diverse mobile teams and fintech product lines.

Job responsibilities:

· Define and execute mobile development strategy leveraging Flutter, Dart, and native mobile stacks (Kotlin, Swift, Java).

· Lead and mentor large engineering teams, establishing architectural standards and process excellence.

· Oversee implementation of scalable, secure fintech apps across platforms.

· Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and trends in enterprise mobility.

· Implement CI/CD automation with Jenkins, GitLab, Docker, and Kubernetes.

· Optimize performance with monitoring tools like Crashlytics.

· Establish security and compliance standards including mobile data protection.

· Collaborate cross-functionally and manage stakeholder communications.

· Cultivate a high-performance team culture with continuous learning, innovation, and accountability.

· Should have experience in handling a team of 25-30 people.

· Should be aware of the following in Mobile Application Development:

Platforms: iOS (Swift, Objective-C), Android (Java, Kotlin), Cross-platform frameworks (React Native, Flutter).

Development Tools: Xcode, Android Studio, Visual Studio.

Cloud Integration: Experience with integrating mobile apps with cloud services (e.g., REST APIs, cloud storage).

UI/UX: Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and design patterns.

Testing: Experience with mobile app testing frameworks and methodologies (unit testing, UI testing).

· Fintech domain knowledge with hands-on experience in digital payments, transaction systems, and user-focused product development.

Education Qualification - Bachelor's degree

Experience – 12+ years.

Industry - IT/Software/BFSI/ Banking /Fintech

Work arrangement – 5 days working from office.

Location – Bengaluru/ Mumbai/ Noida
