About the Role

We are looking for a skilled
Flutter Developer
to join our team and help build high-performance, scalable, and user-friendly mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mobile app development, a passion for clean code, and the ability to collaborate effectively with designers, backend engineers, and product managers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy mobile applications using Flutter (Dart).
  • Build cross-platform apps for iOS and Android with responsive UI/UX.
  • Integrate RESTful APIs, third-party services, and cloud solutions.
  • Work closely with the design and product teams to translate UI/UX wireframes into high-quality code.
  • Optimize app performance, memory usage, and responsiveness.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following best practices.
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve app issues quickly.
  • Collaborate in Agile/Scrum teams, participate in code reviews, and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends, libraries, and tools in mobile development and Flutter ecosystem.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Proven experience in
    Flutter and Dart
    for mobile app development.
  • Strong understanding of
    state management
    (Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with
    REST APIs, JSON, Firebase, or GraphQL
    .
  • Knowledge of mobile app lifecycle, publishing apps to Play Store & App Store.
  • Familiarity with version control systems like Git/GitHub.
  • Experience with local databases (Sqflite, Hive, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of OOP, design patterns, and software architecture.
  • Good problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with native iOS (Swift/Objective-C) or Android (Kotlin/Java).
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps.
  • Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Exposure to UI/UX design principles.
