As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dynamic Enterprise Sales Manager LegalTech to drive sales of our legal solutions to lenders, banks, NBFCs, and Overview:
You will be responsible for driving business growth by selling Credgenics' legal recovery and compliance solutions to financial institutions.
You will work closely with collections heads, risk and compliance teams, legal teams, and CXOs to position Credgenics as the preferred partner for legal enforcement, litigation, and debt resolution youll be Development & Sales Strategy- Identify and acquire new business opportunities with banks, NBFCs, fintechs, and other lenders for Credgenics' legal solutions.
- Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies to increase adoption of legal automation, litigation management, and compliance solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with legal heads, risk teams, collections teams, and decision-makers in financial institutions.
- Drive end-to-end sales cycles, from lead generation and consultative selling to negotiation and closure.
- Collaborate with internal product and legal teams to refine solutions based on market & Industry Intelligence
- Stay updated on regulatory changes, RBI/NCLT guidelines, SARFAESI Act, and other compliance-related frameworks impacting financial institutions.- Gather competitive intelligence to strengthen Credgenics position as a leader in legal tech solutions for debt resolution.
- Work closely with marketing to create targeted campaigns, whitepapers, and thought
leadership content for lenders and financial Growth & Relationship Management
- Own and manage revenue targets, driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing BFSI clients.- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead conversion, revenue growth, and market penetration.
- Act as the voice of the customer, providing insights to improve Credgenics legal solutions and enhance customer Were Looking For:
- 3- 8 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or strategic partnerships, preferably within legal tech, fintech, SaaS, or BFSI.
- Strong understanding of legal recovery processes, compliance frameworks, and litigation workflows in financial institutions.
- Proven track record of selling legal automation, compliance, or recovery solutions to banks, NBFCs, and fintechs.
- Experience engaging with legal teams, CXOs, and compliance heads to drive solution adoption.
- Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a result-driven mindset.
