We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Account Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing large enterprise accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth through strategic planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute account plans that meet or exceed revenue targets, while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at Fortune 500 companies, understanding their business needs and identifying opportunities to provide value-added solutions.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver innovative sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and product offerings that meet the evolving needs of our clients.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sales strategies, including territory planning, sales forecasting, and performance management.
- Continuously assess and improve sales performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
- Proven track record of success in managing large enterprise accounts, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in the IT industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Experience working with CRM systems, data analysis tools, and other sales software applications.
