About the Role

We are a leading fintech firm part of the Make in India initiative and listed on BSE and National Stock Exchange.

We specialize in Digital Payments operating as Technology Service Provider to Regulated entities and providing Payment Platform to Industry – empowered by payment processing engine, Financial Super app, Risk Intelligence engine and digital merchant solution.

We drive 3% of global digital transaction volume for over 100+ clients, aiming to increase our market share by 5X in next five years through innovation and industry first initiatives.

We seek a visionary and results-driven Mobility Manager to lead, scale, and elevate our Mobile development function.

The role demands a dynamic, hands-on leader who can shape strategy, ensure seamless delivery, and foster innovation across diverse mobile teams and fintech product lines.

Key responsibilities include defining and executing mobile development strategy leveraging Flutter, Dart, and native mobile stacks (Kotlin, Swift, Java), leading and mentoring large engineering teams, establishing architectural standards and process excellence, and collaborating cross-functionally and managing stakeholder communications.

Candidates should have experience in handling a team of 25-30 people, be aware of the following in Mobile Application Development: platforms (iOS, Android, Cross-platform frameworks), development tools (Xcode, Android Studio, Visual Studio), cloud integration (integrating mobile apps with cloud services), UI/UX principles and design patterns, testing frameworks and methodologies (unit testing, UI testing), and strong expertise in enterprise mobility, mobile security frameworks, data protection, and regulatory compliance.

Additionally, we seek a solid understanding of fintech domain knowledge, hands-on experience in digital payments, transaction systems, and user-focused product development, analytical thinking, strong judgment, and decision-making abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, entrepreneurial skills, ability to observe, innovate, and own your work, detail-oriented and organized with strong time management skills, influencing skills, ability to create positive working relationships with team members at all levels, and a collaborative approach to achieving organizational goals.

Requirements

  • A team leadership background in Mobile Application Development with extensive knowledge of development tools (Xcode, Android Studio, Visual Studio)
  • Hands-on experience in integrating mobile apps with cloud services
  • A solid understanding of fintech domain knowledge, including digital payments, transaction systems, and user-focused product development
  • Experience with Flutter, Dart, and native mobile stacks (Kotlin, Swift, Java)
  • Ability to mentor and lead large engineering teams
