Job Description:

We seek an experienced and highly skilled Lead Consultant to spearhead the development of dynamic, responsive mobile applications using React Native. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cross-platform mobile apps, providing technical guidance, and mentoring junior developers.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Designing and developing innovative cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.
  • Building maintainable, efficient, and reusable code for mobile apps.
  • Integrating third-party APIs and native modules as required.
  • Ensuring mobile applications are optimized for performance and scalability.
  • Conducting thorough testing and debugging using mobile emulators and real devices.
  • Collaborating closely with UI/UX designers and back-end developers.
  • Participating in Agile ceremonies (Scrum, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives).
  • Providing technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
  • Ensuring adherence to Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment pipelines and contributing to their improvement.
  • Conducting regular code reviews and ensuring high code quality standards are met.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Applicants should possess:

  • A strong understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, Redux, and React Navigation.
  • Experience in mobile emulator testing and debugging across multiple device types.
  • Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, mobile databases, and offline storage solutions.
  • Familiarity with the full mobile development life cycle.
  • Working knowledge of Android Studio and Xcode.
  • A solid understanding of Agile methodologies and related tools (e.g., JIRA).
  • Experience with CI/CD tools and pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Bitrise) is desirable.
  • A basic understanding of DevOps and automated deployment practices.
  • Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to lead and mentor development teams in a collaborative environment.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
