Relationship Manager Job Description

Diya Greencity Private Limited is seeking a Relationship Manager to join their team. As the primary point of contact for customers, you will handle queries and provide accurate resolutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, handling queries and providing accurate resolutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
  • Assist in the home-buying process, guiding customers through documentation and post-sales support.
  • Collaborate with sales, CRM, and legal teams to streamline customer communication.
  • Track customer interactions using CRM software and maintain detailed records.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Analyze customer feedback and provide insights for service improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and industry best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer relationship management, preferably in real estate or housing projects.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret customer data and market trends.
