Brand Ambassador

As a Brand Ambassador, you will serve as the primary interface between our brand and key stakeholders. Your role is to build strong relationships with clients, associates, and industry professionals, fostering brand awareness, driving engagement, and generating sales.

This position involves direct interaction with clients, managing their expectations, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will work closely with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client requirements and contribute to the overall growth and development of our brand.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Generating and converting inquiries into sales through in-depth knowledge of our brand heritage, journey, products, and services.
  • Handling client feedback and grievances professionally, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing solutions when necessary.
  • Proactively driving sales, cross-selling, and servicing through various channels, including telephone, email, and on-appointment meetings.
  • Preparing client briefing documents, organizing relevant materials, and ensuring all interactions align with our brand guidelines.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs and contribute to the brand's overall growth and development.
  • Representing the brand at national and international events, private previews, and other marketing initiatives.

Requirements and Qualifications:

For this role, we seek an experienced professional with a deep understanding of the luxury and design industry, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key qualifications include:

  • A graduate or postgraduate degree in luxury management, marketing, or a related field from a reputable institution.
  • At least 7 years of experience in the retail luxury, hospitality, or interior industry, preferably with a focus on brand ambassadorship or similar roles.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to understand client lifestyle and requirements, and effectively communicate with clients to close deals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage multiple clients or agencies simultaneously, and adapt to changing circumstances.
