Cloud Operations Lead: A Key Role in Digital Transformation

This pivotal role oversees the execution of business-as-usual (BAU) operations, ensuring seamless availability, reliability, and scalability across cloud platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of AWS infrastructure efficiency, cost management, and performance tuning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead EC2 instance migrations across accounts and regions, minimizing disruption and maximizing uptime.
  • Develop comprehensive cloud cost analysis, billing reports, and optimization plans to drive down costs.
  • Administer and optimize Linux-based systems within hybrid and cloud environments, ensuring high-performance and security compliance.
  • Automate operational tasks using Bash, Python, or Ansible for efficiency and scale.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience with AWS ecosystem, including EC2, S3, CloudWatch, and Cost Explorer.
  • Strong expertise in Linux administration and shell scripting.
  • Familiarity with Windows Server 2016/2019, Active Directory, and WSUS.
  • Hands-on experience with cost optimization, resource tagging, and budget controls.
