Job Title:

Cloud Infrastructure Specialist

The Cloud Infrastructure Specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing and managing cloud infrastructure. They will build and maintain continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines, automate deployment, monitoring and maintenance of cloud-native applications and services. The specialist will also manage cloud services, implement and maintain security best practices and monitor system performance, availability and capacity planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement cloud infrastructure using Azure Terraform templates.
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
  • Automate deployment, monitoring and maintenance of cloud-native applications and services.
  • Manage Azure services including Compute, Networking, Storage, AKS, App Services and Serverless functions.
  • Implement and maintain security best practices including identity management and RBAC policies.
  • Monitor system performance, availability and capacity planning using Azure Monitor and Application Insights.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and drive incident resolution, root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with development, QA and other teams to streamline cloud operations and development workflows.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years experience in cloud engineering with a focus on Azure.
  • Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure design and implementation.
  • Experience with Terraform, Bicep or ARM templates.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
