Job Title:

Servicenow Delivery Manager

  • This is a leadership role that requires you to have a deep understanding of the ServiceNow ecosystem, company and product roadmap.
  • You should have experience in handling global responsibility and managing multiple accounts with P&L responsibility.
  • You will be responsible for driving delivery, including successful client implementation and growth of business in current accounts.

Requirements:

We are looking for someone who has 18+ years of experience, with the last 2-3 years in the role of a Servicenow practice Leader in an IT services company.

The ideal candidate should have deep understanding of industry trends, competition, challenges and opportunities. You should also have a deep understanding of Servicenow system integrators eco-system, competitive positioning and market share.

Key Expectations:

  1. Demonstrate industry expertise – deep understanding of the industry, trends, competition, challenges and opportunities.
  2. Have deep understanding of Servicenow eco-system, company and product roadmap, understand various products, platforms and Servicenow offerings, market trends including other competitor enterprise products.
  3. Have a deep understanding of Servicenow system integrators eco-system, competitive positioning and market share.
  4. Have experience in handling global responsibility (US, Europe, UK, APAC Regions)
  5. Have experience in multiple accounts management with P&L responsibility.
  6. Responsible to drive delivery, including successful client implementation and growth of business in current accounts.
