Job Description
As a Key Accounts City Lead at Paytm, you will be responsible for building and training a team of Sales Managers and Area Managers to drive sales and business development in the assigned cities. Your primary goal will be to ensure the motivation levels in the team and keep them engaged for the long run. You will need to be on the field with the team, lead them from the front, and acquire and retain payment solutions. To be successful in this role, you will require an MBA with at least 6-8 years of overall experience, including 4 years of team management. Additionally, you should be passionate about working in a fast-growing firm, be comfortable navigating ambiguity, and be articulate in complex solutions. Honesty and trustworthiness are most important virtues for this role, as well as good sales and negotiation skills. If you are interested in financial products and markets, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.
