Job Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Sales Professional to join our team as a Relationship Manager.
This role involves cultivating and managing strong relationships with assigned bank partners, driving the generation of health insurance business through their branch network. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in fostering collaboration, supporting bank staff, and achieving sales targets to contribute to the overall growth of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Relationship Building: Manage and nurture relationships with bank branches allocated to them.
- Business Development: Drive and achieve business targets for health insurance products from designated bank branches.
- Liaison and Collaboration: Establish and maintain strong liaison and collaborative relationships with bank management and branch staff to facilitate business development.
- Product Knowledge: Conduct regular visits to bank branches to engage with staff, provide product knowledge, and actively generate health insurance business.
- Sales Support: Support bank personnel in understanding product offerings, addressing queries, and resolving concerns related to selling insurance.
Requirements:
- MBA or equivalent degree.
- At least 0-1+ years of experience in sales (Insurance sector preferred).
