We seek a visionary Agency Development Manager to drive business growth through strategic planning, relationship building, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop new agencies to expand the company's network.
  • Establish and maintain strong partnerships with existing and new agency partners.
  • Collaborate with agencies to set sales targets and ensure their achievement.
  • Provide training and support to enhance agencies' performance and productivity.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Prepare and present reports on agency performance, sales, and key metrics.
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to promote the company and build connections.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize agency development processes and improve efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Associate degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in business development, sales, or account management.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain partnerships.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software for tracking and reporting.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and task prioritization.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
