Technical Leadership Role

About the Position:

We are seeking an accomplished technical leader to oversee the development of our AI full-stack applications. As a manager in software development engineering, you will play a pivotal role in proposing, prototyping, designing, and implementing core components.

As a seasoned professional, you will provide thought leadership, technical expertise, and mentorship, guiding the team's direction as we build our roadmap towards achieving our vision.

This role will bridge architecture, Agile/SAFe practices, and AI-led SDLC, ensuring technical excellence and innovation at multiple levels:

  • Team Development & Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing team of software engineers, applying your experience in talent screening, interviewing, and growth.
  • Coach and mentor engineers at all levels, fostering career development, performance evaluations, and continuous learning.
  • Technical Excellence: Apply industry best practices and emerging technologies (AI/ML, cloud, modern frameworks) to enhance production quality, system performance, and scalability.
  • Architecture & Delivery: Lead design, analysis, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade full-stack applications.
  • Ai-led SDLC & Cloud: Drive the adoption of AI tools to boost productivity and innovation.

Requirements:

To excel in this position, you should have:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience).
  • 10+ years in software engineering, with 3+ years in engineering management/director roles.
  • Hands-on expertise in AI and full-stack development.
  • Strong grasp of software design principles, algorithms, data structures, and distributed systems.
  • Leadership & Soft Skills: Proven ability to lead technical teams, including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
