**Design Visionary Lead**

This role extends beyond aesthetics, it's about bringing innovative ideas to life through design.

As the Design Visionary Lead, you'll set the tone for brand visuals, lead creative thinking on campaigns, and mentor junior designers to elevate the bar.

You'll collaborate closely with strategy and copy, and help shape work that feels modern, fresh, and suitable for today's platforms.

  • Leading design direction across digital and social campaigns.
  • Collaborating with copy and strategy to create idea-driven, platform-smart work.
  • Guiding and mentoring junior talent, helping them grow and improve.
  • Ensuring quality, consistency, and craft in everything that goes out the door.
  • Integrating GenAI tools to bring speed, scale, and new creative possibilities into the mix.

**The Key Skills We're Looking For:**

  • 5-7 years of experience in a creative or digital agency environment.
  • A strong, versatile portfolio showcasing design expertise across formats.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; motion or video skills are a plus.
  • Comfortable working with GenAI tools like Midjourney, Firefly, GPT-4o, Veo 3, etc.
  • A keen design eye, a collaborative mindset, and the drive to deliver exceptional work.
