The successful Service Coordinator will be responsible for managing Service Support processes, ensuring compliance in Business As Usual (BAU), and driving Incident Recovery through coordination of Incident Bridge. They will also be expected to act as a liaison for Severity 1 Incidents and Major Incidents, communicating status updates to clients throughout the incident lifecycle.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage Service Support processes and ensure BAU compliance
  2. Functionally lead the Service Support team
  3. Demonstrate expertise in infrastructure technologies
  4. Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve incidents effectively
  5. Evaluate the effectiveness of incident resolution and implement improvements
  6. Liaise with multiple teams to drive problem management and RCA processes
  7. Ensure seamless communication with clients throughout the incident lifecycle
  8. Analyze trends and proactively manage potential issues
  9. Develop and maintain knowledge of change management processes
  10. Foster collaboration among stakeholders to achieve common goals
Requirements
  • A minimum of 10-12 years of experience in ITIL-based IPC Management
  • ITIL V4 Master Certification is required
  • Proven team leadership and people management skills
  • Strong understanding of network and security technologies
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Capacity to adapt to changing circumstances
