Vice President Information Technology


Job Description:

The Vice President of Information Technology will oversee the management of the company's technology backbone and digital initiatives across its portfolio. This role is designed to provide strong executional leadership - ensuring IT infrastructure, applications, security, and digital projects run reliably and deliver business value.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of hospitality applications, including PMS, POS, CRM, HRMS, and Finance platforms. They should also have demonstrated ability to manage distributed IT operations and deliver complex projects.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Implementing and supporting core hospitality applications.
  • Ensuring seamless integration between property-level and enterprise systems.
  • Partnering with business functions to ensure technology adoption improves guest experience, service consistency, and revenue processes.

The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker who can execute effectively under the direction of the Head of IT.

They will be responsible for:

  • Leading the execution of IT projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Translating operational needs into IT deliverables.
  • Ensuring ROI measurement and reporting on IT initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 15+ years of IT leadership experience in multi-property hospitality or related industries.
  • Strong knowledge of hospitality applications (PMS, POS, CRM, HRMS, Finance).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage distributed IT operations and deliver complex projects.
  • Hands-on understanding of cybersecurity and compliance in India.
  • Proven experience in vendor management and SLA governance.

They will be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including Operations, HR, Finance, and Marketing.
