Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Analysis: Track and analyze IT spending, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints and financial goals.
  • IT Expenditure Assessment: Regularly assess IT expenditures to identify areas for improvement and inefficiencies.
  • Collaboration and Project Management: Work with IT leadership and project managers to develop and implement project management frameworks that optimize resource allocation and improve project delivery.
  • Financial Modeling: Create financial models and forecasts to support decision-making related to IT investments, resource allocation, and project prioritization.
  • Reporting and Dashboard Development: Develop and maintain financial dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to IT spending and project efficiency.
