Resource Planning Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Resource Planning Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy of data for resource capacity in our workforce management tool.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintains and ensures the integrity of data for resource capacity in our workforce management system
  • Assists in planning and process for all assignments and extensions of resources based on capacity and demand needs
  • Collaborates with internal teams to review trending metrics for quality management associated with capacity
  • Captures action items and meeting notes from regular calls with leadership teams
  • Assists in reviewing capacity across capability areas on an ongoing basis and proactively works to re-balance professionals who are above or below utilisation targets
  • Works closely with colleagues to understand recruitment briefs, create job requisitions in Workday once approved, and initiate the recruitment process to meet current and future demand
  • Suggests resources with current or near-term availability to projects that align with their skills, professional goals, and/or staffing preferences
  • Supports processes and tools that enable reconciliation amongst disparate business unit, HR, and finance resource-related data sets, driving regular clean-up
