Job Title: Supply Chain Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Supply Chain Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in building scalable, cloud-based planning systems that impact millions of users.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to specialize in building high-performance, reliable end-to-end supply chain system workflows. You will design and develop o9 workflows in collaboration with business leads and internal technical teams, troubleshoot front-end UI issues based on findings from the business, document, prioritize, and track to completion planner requirements, and develop technical solutions to present to internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and Develop o9 Workflows: Collaborate with business leads and internal technical teams to build high-performance, reliable end-to-end supply chain system workflows.
  • Troubleshoot Front-end UI Issues: Identify and resolve front-end UI issues based on findings from the business.
  • Document, Prioritize, and Track Planner Requirements: Document, prioritize, and track to completion planner requirements (bugs, fixes, enhancements).
  • Develop Technical Solutions: Design and develop technical solutions to present to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ Years of Experience: Implementing planning solutions with 5+ years of work experience.
  • Programming Experience: 2-3 years of programming experience with o9 or other similar planning tools.
  • Agile/Scrum Methodologies: Prior experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, business intelligence, supply chain, or a related field.
