Senior Human Resources Manager Transformation Lead

Shilton Hospitality LLP is a hospitality company with operations in Bengaluru, offering various services including business hotels, resto-bars, catering facilities, music festivals, and leisure resorts.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Manager to lead our HR team and drive strategic initiatives that align with the company's goals. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing HR functions effectively, developing and implementing policies and procedures, and promoting a positive work culture.
This role involves overseeing the recruitment process, managing employee relations, and providing guidance on performance management and training needs. Additionally, you will be responsible for reviewing and enhancing compensation structures and benefits packages to ensure competitiveness and alignment with industry standards.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks efficiently. They should also have in-depth knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and proficiency in HR software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Planning: Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals, lead workforce planning, forecasting, and succession planning, develop policies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Oversee the recruitment and hiring process to ensure timely fulfillment of critical roles, design and implement effective onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
- Performance Management: Implement performance management systems that align with company goals, provide guidance on setting objectives, feedback mechanisms, and performance reviews.
- Learning & Development: Identify training needs and lead the development of learning and career development programs, facilitate leadership development initiatives to build a strong leadership pipeline.
- Employee Engagement & Retention: Drive employee engagement initiatives to improve workplace satisfaction and retention, monitor employee morale and implement strategies for improvement, organize and oversee employee wellness programs.
- Compensation & Benefits: Work with leadership to review and enhance compensation structures to remain competitive, manage benefit programs to ensure employee satisfaction and cost optimization.
- HR Compliance & Policies: Ensure HR policies comply with labor laws and regulations, maintain proper documentation and lead HR audits when required.
- HR Analytics & Reporting: Provide data-driven insights on HR metrics, employee performance, and turnover, develop and present regular reports to senior leadership.
- Employee Relations: Address employee concerns and grievances promptly and fairly, promote an inclusive, respectful, and collaborative workplace culture.
- Team Leadership: Mentor, guide, and develop the HR team to deliver exceptional results.
Estimated Salary: ₹30-40 lakhs per annum
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree (MBA/PGDM) or equivalent preferred.
- 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3-4 years in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in HR software (HRIS systems like SAP, Workday, or GreytHR).
- In-depth knowledge of employment laws, policies, and HR best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities efficiently.
