The Senior Human Resources Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the organization's HR strategies, focusing on workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, compensation, benefits, and compliance.

This key position demands an experienced leader with a proven track record of success in managing diverse aspects of HR functions, ensuring seamless integration with business objectives.

">Key Responsibilities:">

  • Strategic HR Planning & Talent Management: Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals, leveraging expertise in workforce planning, forecasting, succession planning, and policy development.">
  • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Oversee recruitment and hiring processes, ensuring timely fulfillment of critical roles, while designing and implementing effective onboarding programs for new hires.">
  • Performance Management & Learning & Development: Implement performance management systems aligned with company objectives, providing guidance on setting objectives, feedback mechanisms, and performance reviews. Identify training needs and lead learning and career development programs, as well as facilitate leadership development initiatives.">
  • Employee Engagement, Compensation, & Benefits: Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace satisfaction and retention, working with leadership to review and enhance compensation structures to remain competitive, and managing benefit programs for employee satisfaction and cost optimization.">
  • HR Compliance & Analytics: Ensure HR policies comply with labor laws and regulations, maintaining proper documentation and leading HR audits when required. Provide data-driven insights on HR metrics, employee performance, and turnover through regular reports to senior leadership.">
  • Team Leadership & Employee Relations: Mentor, guide, and develop the HR team to deliver exceptional results, addressing employee concerns and grievances promptly and fairly, promoting an inclusive, respectful, and collaborative workplace culture.">
">Qualifications & Skills:">
  • ">
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with a Master's degree (MBA/PGDM) or equivalent preferred.">
  • Experience: 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3-4 years in a managerial role.">
  • Skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, proficiency in HR software, in-depth knowledge of employment laws, policies, and HR best practices, and ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.">
  • Competencies: Strategic thinking, leadership & team management, conflict resolution, organizational skills, adaptability, and agility.">
">Educational Qualification:">

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with a Master's degree (MBA/PGDM) or equivalent preferred.

">Compensation Package:">

The estimated salary range for this position is between ₹1,500,000 to ₹2,500,000 per annum, depending on qualifications, experience, and performance.
