Telecommunications Engineer Position

This is a unique opportunity to join our organization as a highly skilled Telecommunications Engineer.

The role of the Telecommunications Engineer will be to design, implement, and maintain complex telecommunications systems.

  • Strong understanding of Cisco UCCE / UCCX / PCCE solutions & 3rd party Call recording platforms.
  • Experience with Cisco ICM/CCMP/CVP/CUIC and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge in creating MACD on Cisco UCCE and IPT platforms.
  • Understanding of VOIP protocols like SIP, H.323, and MGCP.
  • Awareness of ITIL process.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Cisco Voice network deployment models and functioning of voice network devices.
  • Expertise in using VOIP and Performance Management Tools and integration experience with other Tools.
  • Deep understanding of Telecom infrastructure protocols like ISDN and analogue signalling.
  • Ability to work in a 24/7 business support environment.
  • Experience working on Cisco Voice platform.
  • Work experience on CUCM/UCCE/UCCH/CVP platforms.
  • Excellent communication and conversation skills (verbal and written), strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform advanced remote/on-site troubleshooting activities.
  • Design and implement technical solutions for system design issues.
  • Creation of technical product documentation.
  • Team support and process improvements through individual contributions.
  • Coordination with Third Party Providers for problem resolution of telecommunication issues.

Requirements:

  • 10+ Years of relevant experience.
  • Advanced degree in Telecommunications or related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
