Telecommunications Expert - Matrixx Systems Analyst

  • Expertise in Billing Systems: Develop and maintain deep expertise in Matrixx, encompassing IN/Billing system configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to comprehend their business models and operational needs, ensuring seamless delivery of billing system solutions.
  • Operations Management: Lead operations teams, fostering coordination between onshore/offshore teams to bridge gaps, identify risks, and implement proactive measures.
  • Troubleshooting: Utilize exceptional problem-solving skills to debug issues, pinpoint root causes, and implement corrective actions.
  • User Clarification Sessions: Participate in user clarification sessions for new feature rollouts on billing systems, ensuring smooth adoption.
  • Quality Assurance: Oversee quality assurance for new features, reporting, managing, and tracking requirements and functional changes.
  • MATRIXX Experience: Possess experience in MATRIXX OCS - Pricing configuration (new products/Bundles/offers/Balances … etc.), MATRIXX engine Task processing (API) and Events processing, and managing MATRIXX channel server, publishing server network integration architecture.
