Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead cross-functional project teams and deliver complex development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, track progress, and report status to stakeholders.
  • Spearhead quality assurance initiatives and participate in release management cycles, including analysis, trend forecasting, risk identification, and mitigation.
  • Cultivate project teams on Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management processes, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and with optimal resource utilization.
  • Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and resources using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Measure project performance and foster strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Perform thorough risk assessments to minimize project risks and meet objectives.
  • Lead the delivery of complex development projects through effective collaboration and communication.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, project management, software development life cycle, and software quality assurance methodologies.
  • Experience with project management tools and bug/issue tracking systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field or proven working experience in project management.
  • At least 15 years of experience in project management.
