Software Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Overview:
Our ideal candidate for this position is a skilled software quality assurance professional with extensive experience in both manual and automation testing. They will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a comprehensive QA process that drives quality and excellence across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a centralized risk management system to enable data sharing and utilization across teams.
- Collaborate with product owners, technical project managers/agile coaches, and developers to establish and maintain a new project model.
- Create and maintain a fully functional QA process, including test approaches and acceptance criteria.
- Design and execute automated tests using Selenium and Java-based automation testing.
- Conduct database querying across multiple query languages, such as SQL and BigQuery.
Requirements:
- At least 5+ years of testing experience in both manual and automation environments.
- Experience with functional, regression, UAT, exploratory, negative, and database validation testing.
- Proficiency in Big Query, SQL, Java, and Selenium.
- Ability to write test approaches and acceptance criteria in Gherkin.
- Experience implementing quality control and assessing its effectiveness after implementation.
