Job Title: Data Quality Assurance Specialist

The role of the Data Quality Assurance Specialist involves leading and managing data quality assurance efforts to ensure high-quality software applications.

This position requires a strong understanding of data structures, databases, and scripting languages for data analysis and validation. The successful candidate will have experience with data pipeline and workflow management tools, as well as proficiency in SQL and Python libraries such as Pandas and NumPy.

The Data Quality Assurance Specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to identify and solve data quality issues. This includes developing and implementing comprehensive data quality strategies aligned with organizational objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to guide and inspire a team focused on data quality. Additionally, familiarity with big data technologies, data visualization tools, and cloud platforms is beneficial.

Required Skills:
  • 10+ Years of Experience in Data Test Automation, Data Comparison, and Validation.
  • Strong understanding of data structures, databases, DB Procedures, Packages, and Functions.
  • Familiarity with data quality tools and platforms for profiling, cleansing, and monitoring data.
  • Proficient in SQL and scripting languages for data analysis and validation.
  • Working experience with Python libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and SQL Alchemy for ETL.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
