**Job Description**

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the development of artificial intelligence (AI) integrations and copilots that enhance developer productivity and code quality.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI, software engineering, and experience with integrating LLM-powered applications. They should also be familiar with agentic AI frameworks, developer tooling, and productivity workflows.

  • Create and integrate AI copilots, intelligent code assistants, and agent frameworks to improve developer productivity and code quality.
  • Establish standards, workflows, and guardrails for safe and effective AI adoption in engineering teams.
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive AI integration platform that embeds intelligent agents safely across the entire development toolchain.
  • Define policies, audit mechanisms, and compliance practices for enterprise-grade AI systems.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A proven track record in building or integrating LLM-powered applications.
  • Experience with agentic AI frameworks, such as Langchain, LlamaIndex, Autogen, MCP, CrewAI, or Semantic Kernel.
  • Familiarity with developer tooling, including GitHub Enterprise, CI/CD pipelines, and Jira.
  • Understanding of security, governance, and compliance in enterprise AI adoption.
