Job Title: AI Assurance Lead

T3 is a leading provider of AI solutions for Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) and Responsible AI. With significant experience in the field, we have worked with governments, Big Tech companies, and major financial institutions to advance their AI governance and assurance programmes.

As we continue to expand our solutions at the intersection of Responsible AI and GRC, we are seeking a Tech Lead with expertise in AI and machine learning to shape architecture and lead delivery in a fast-growing domain.

This senior engineer or graduate/post-doctoral researcher will work closely with T3's Responsible AI specialists and regulatory experts to translate governance and compliance principles into robust technology.

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and leading the architecture of new systems, integrating open-source AI testing and assurance libraries, and delivering lightweight, portable solutions in cloud environments.

Key responsibilities include building and rigorously testing models against fairness, robustness, explainability, and governance principles, as well as creating dashboards and artefacts suitable for supervisors, standards bodies, and clients.

We are looking for someone with a proven track record in building, training, and evaluating AI/ML models, and experience developing or integrating AI testing and assurance tools.

The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in Python and modern ML/AI libraries, experience with cloud computing, and knowledge of scaling, training, and deployment of AI models.

Awareness of Responsible AI frameworks and hands-on familiarity with explainability and fairness tools are also essential.
