  7. Develop comprehensive testing plans, including test cases and scenarios, to ensure module functionality and performance.

  8. Collaborate with QA teams to validate testing outcomes and address issues.

  9. Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

  10. Break down epics into user stories and ensure their readiness for development teams.

  11. Effectively communicate with US-based personnel, ensuring clarity and alignment on project requirements and deliverables.

  • Minimum of 5 years as a Systems Analyst or similar role focusing on ERP systems.

  • Experience with LLM prompt creation and optimization is a significant advantage.
