We're seeking an accomplished AI Specialist with expertise in Python to lead the development of intelligent systems from scratch.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, build and implement sophisticated AI models without relying on third-party tools or platforms.
  • Develop custom algorithms and pipelines for data processing, decision-making and interaction logic.
  • Create clean, efficient and well-documented Python code for AI model development.
  • Develop, train and evaluate models for NLP, decision trees, reinforcement learning and agent-based systems.
  • Integrate AI components with existing systems and APIs.
  • Optimize models and systems for performance, reliability and scalability.
  • Analyze results and iterate on design and functionality.
Required Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development using Python.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning, NLP and reinforcement learning principles.
  • Proven experience building AI systems or agents without third-party orchestration libraries.
  • Excellent coding skills in Python, including OOP, data structures and design patterns.
  • Solid experience in algorithm development, statistical modeling and model evaluation.
  • Familiarity with numerical and scientific computing tools like NumPy, Pandas and Matplotlib.
  • Experience with model training frameworks (optional: TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
