Cloud Delivery Leadership Role

We are seeking a seasoned technical delivery professional to oversee the end-to-end execution of cloud-native and enterprise applications. This position requires strong technical expertise, project governance, and stakeholder engagement.

You will collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams while driving technical excellence, agile delivery practices, and cloud adoption strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple projects ensuring quality, timelines, and adherence to best practices.
  • Provide technical leadership across solution architecture, cloud adoption, API integrations, and application modernization.
  • Define and manage delivery roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation.
  • Guide development teams on best practices for software development, microservices, REST APIs, and cloud services.
  • Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and performance best practices in cloud environments.
  • Collaborate with solution architects and product owners to align delivery with business and technical requirements.
  • Manage Agile/Scrum ceremonies and drive a culture of DevOps, CI/CD, and automation within delivery teams.
  • Monitor delivery KPIs, track risks/issues, and provide executive-level reporting.
  • Manage vendor/partner engagements for cloud and third-party integrations.
  • Mentor technical leads and engineers promoting knowledge sharing and technical upskilling.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 12+ years of IT project/program delivery experience, with at least 3+ years in a technical delivery management role.
  • Strong hands-on background in software development, cloud services, and DevOps.
  • Proven track record in delivering enterprise-grade applications using cloud services.
  • Familiarity with containerization, DevOps pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code.
  • Strong understanding of software architecture, microservices, and API-first design.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, or PMP/SAFe are a strong plus.
